This is a year and a half later, but I just read the comments below and gotta chime in.
Way way back in '84 when I was an 18 year old art student in my very first life drawing class, when the model first took off her robe it was a turn on. To say it wasn't or shouldn't have been is an insult to the female figure. Five minutes into drawing, concentrating on each subtle curve and detail, and hornyness was transformed into a totally different appreciation and love for the beauty of the human figure which I will never take for granted. It wouldn't matter if the model was or wasn't a stereotypical "beauty". The human figure is beautiful, period.
But all of us humans are wired differently. Some people are incapable of looking at the photo from anything other than sexual stimuli. Others of us can't help but appreciate and love the artistic beauty of the human body for what it is, and how different artist show it. I compare this to how some people can enjoy a glass or two of a good merlot, being able to appreciate the aroma and taste of a fine wine. To alcoholics that glass of merlot is poison.
In this photo I see the most amazing lighting; highlighting the neck, shoulder, legs, breast, and collarbone perfectly. The fishnet gives an ever so slight illusion of modesty. To not call this art is an insult. To deny it is sexual is just plain denial. To call it porn is beyond insulting (but some people can't help but see it that way.)
Chelsea, you are beautiful and sexy as hell, and a work of natural art. If somebody can't appreciate all that without perving out, they need to STOP LOOKING AT IT!

Okay the human body is amazing and has the ability to do great things the shape and texture alone is extremely intricate and any one who has ever taken an art class would know that the best way to start is with human anatomy. I happen to think this is an amazingly creative and beautiful image and I think it expresses women in general very well just because it has mild nudity does not mean it is not art. Go back and look at many of the greatest sculptures and paintings of history. Look at artists like michael angelo or divinci. A lot of their work features nudity and yet they are still some of the most celebrated and revered artists of all time. Any ways now that my rant is done I just want to say art is art regardless of the content of the image and that I think this is absolutely amazing.

It’s a beautiful picture. But wait... OMG there are boobs, its porn, kill it with fire!!!! Relax, don’t like it, move on. Like it, then enjoy it. If you feel moved by it, then share your appreciation with the artist or artists. Nudity doesn’t equal sexual… it equal nude.

@xebat
Oh, beware! It's sexy!
Go call an exorcist on the spot!

And while you run for the exorcist, think about which detail to alter to improve the picture!
None? Right.

And that's what art is about.
