I'm showing my age here. Mork from Ork was one of the two main characters on the TV series "Mork and Mindy." Played by Robin Williams, his first starring role and the one that made him famous. Mork's home planet did things differently than we do. They sat in a chair, well basically it was a headstand. 
The directors let Robin Williams pretty much have free play with his imagination during the series.
